Description
The Stockholm relaxer is a swivel/glider/rocker recliner available in motorized and manual versions. The Stockholm is available in two sizes, small and large. Black base is standard on Stockholm and includes:
Active Release System TM
- An adjustable neck support system to optimize the sitting experience.
Cold Cure Molded Foam
- Fjords swing relaxers are manufactured using a high-density cold cure molded polyurethane foam which retains its suppleness longer than competitor’s block foam. Molds are created to have the exact shape of the relaxer for optimum comfort. A carefully adapted fiber layer is used between the upholstery covering and foam adding extra softness and improved comfort.
- Fjords offers three types of leather upholstery options: Astro, Soft, and Nordic lines.
- Leather is digitally inspected while computer-based equipment assists with utilizing each hide during manual cutting. The seaming process on Fjords relaxers is handcrafted using special sewing machines. It’s a time-consuming process that requires skilled and knowledgeable workers who have to know the form, function, and strength of each leather.
The Fjords Stockholm is available in a variety of leathers and Quick Ships in Astro Line 529 Latte, Astro Line 554 Whiskey, and Astro Line 539 Safari (See the color configurator above).

- Ergonomic Support: Provides continuous support for the spine, neck, and lower back, preventing fatigue.
- Active Release System: A unique mechanism for adjusting neck support with a single movement.
- Comfort Technology: Uses cold-cured molded foam for durability and long-lasting suppleness.
- Motion: Swivel base (170 degrees) with rocking and gliding functions, plus motorized recline/footrest in power versions.
- Power Features (Motorized): Includes a control panel with a USB port; requires wall clearance to recline fully.
- Design: Scandinavian aesthetic with wood base and arms, available in two sizes (small, large).
- Upholstery: Offered in various high-quality leathers (like Astro Line) and select fabrics.
- Versions: Available in manual and motorized (with battery pack option).
